Funds support the awarding of educational scholarships, mentoring and opportunities for young LGBTIQ+ Australians. Each scholar gains access to funding, a mentor for guidance who shares academic interests.

Picnic for Pinnacle is a non-profit organisation The Pinnacle Foundation's signature annual fundraising event, during which participants arrange a picnic with loved ones, friends and colleagues.

Materials needed: Potatoes, mayonnaise, mustard, plastic knife, bowl of ice water, bowl to mix. Boil the potatoes. Bring them to a table with a large bowl of ice water. Place the potatoes in a bowl of ice water (cold water with ice in it!) Let sit for 5 minutes. Remove potatoes and the skins will peel right off!
