Something with chocolate! So after a few more tries, these Chocolate Chip Biscuits were the winner. Although I found a little recipe inspiration from a favorite magazine, these biscuits were just what I was looking for. These Chocolate Chip Biscuits are light, fluffy, and filled with sweet chocolate chips.

Cookie dough The cookie dough is super simple! Cream together room temperature butter, sugars and egg. Add the dry ingredients and fold together, followed by the chocolate chips. Once you've made the dough, portion it into 16 pieces.

Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt and set aside. In the bowl of a stand mixer beat butter until softened and add in brown and white sugars, mixing to form a grainy paste.
