Halona Beach Cove is located on Oahu's southeastern side and is about a 20-minute drive from Waikiki. By Car From Waikiki, take the I-H-1 E to HI-72 Drive for about 17 minutes, then make a right at Halona Blowhole Lookout. This route is by far one of our favorite scenic drives on the island of Oahu!

Halona Beach Cove aka Cockroach Cove. A short walk down the rocks to the right of the blowhole lookout, lies Cockroach cove, also know as Halona Beach Cove or Eternity Beach. The cove is a small pocket of sand with some fun jumping rocks off to one side. The beach does not get too crowded, however the waves can get pretty strong and unsafe due.

Hālona Beach Cove is an idyllic little cove hidden below the Kalanianaʻole Highway on Oahu's southeast side. The beach is a quick hike down from the Hālona Blowhole Lookout and is one of my favorite spots to watch the sunrise! The cove's sandy shore is the perfect place to spend the day. Its unique scenery is unlike any other beach on the island.

Apr 2016 • Solo. As other reviewers have pointed out, the correct name for the ETERNITY BEACH area is HALONA COVE. HALONA COVE is a small rocky bay on OAHU'S south-east coast. It shares a car park with the adjacent HALONa BLOWHOLE. It is about 50m wide and 80-100m deep - the water section is about 20x50.
