The Nuud deodorant has the consistency of a normal moisturiser or lotion, and the scent is slightly similar to the scent of fresh paint! Not that the smell has anything to do with its usage or effect as a deodorant, but it is worth a mention.

My big issue with Nuud is the cost. I currently buy an aluminium and salt-free deodorant that costs 99p, an own brand from a well-known supermarket. It works well and although I need to apply it daily it still lasts around two months - which means it cost around 12 pence per week. In comparison, Nuud is supposed to last around six weeks.

Simply squeeze a small amount from the tube and rub it under your clean/freshly washed and dried armpits until the area is covered. Because the Nuud deodorant is so concentrated you'll need to wash.

Order was lost and barely an apology or any show of care from their customer service team. Received an almost sarcastic reply explaining i'll need to wait another 2 weeks (1 month total) for my order, without any refund or proper apology. Train your staff better to deal with complaints. Nuud schreibt, dass manche Menschen das Deo erst nach sieben Tage nachcremen müssen. Aber auch, dass andere Menschen das Deo täglich auftragen müssen. Ich scheine da offenbar zum mittleren Feld zu gehören 😉 . Mal sehen, wie sich die Deocreme an sehr heißen Tagen im Sommer oder beim ausgiebigen Baden im See schlagen wird…

Any thoughts on Nuud deodorant? I have been trying to find a more natural deodorant, but it's tough because I can't tolerate sodium bicarbonate (makes my skin red& itchy) and I struggle to find an effective one without sodium bicarbonate.
