Luke is the most powerful force user to ever live and the closest to Anakins potential, but I still think that Anakin has just a bit more power. Only potentially, but Anakin never reached his full potential. Luke did, and even he needed help to deafeat Abeloth. I think Anakin got a power boost when he was on Mortis, same with Luke in Crucible.

In one of the tapestries of the Killik hives, the Son and Daughter are supposedly seen cowering away from Abeloth, so we can take that to mean Abeloth is stronger, but not as strong as the Father, as he banishes her. This would probably be Abeloth at her peak strength.
