From what i could gather a huge plus is that the fangs wont cause any tooth damage and/ ore gum erosion bc they are not on the inside of the mouth. I have seen reverse angel fangs done but only one or two times. The top balls would be flat backs and be located inside your lip, with a curved post of course. It is a very non-traditional piercing and very new to the practice though.
