In a separate bowl, you'll then combine all-purpose flour, some nonfat milk powder, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. You'll then stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stir in the chocolate chips, scoop the dough onto baking sheets, and bake the cookies. They'll take 10 to 12 minutes in the oven, and should be cooled.

Mix well. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, and tea (yes, tear open the tea bag and dump in the whole thing!). Chill the soft dough for about 1 hour or overnight. Form cookie dough balls into approximately 2" rounds. Add to greased cookie sheet. About 8 cookies should fit on each tray. I used this cookie scoop.

Add egg and vanilla and beat for an additional 7 minutes on high. Add dry ingredients and beat at a low speed until just combined. Add mix-ins and all of the cornflake crunch until combined. Cover dough with plastic wrap and chill for at least two hours, preferably overnight.

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine the butter, sugars, and glucose in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and cream together on medium-high for 2 to 3 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the bowl, add the egg and vanilla and beat for 7 to 8 minutes.

Place half of the dough onto to a well-floured surface, and roll out to about 1/4" thickness. Cut with a round cookie cutter (I use a 2" or 2 1/2" cutter.) Using a metal spatula or turner, lift each cookie then place onto a prepared cookie sheet (I like to use a silicone sheet) and bake in a 350º F oven for 8-10 minutes.

Mix the butter and sugar together until it forms a homogenous mixture. Add the egg and mix well. Next add the flour until it forms a crumbly consistency. Turn onto a floured surface and form into a smooth dough. Do not overwork the dough. Roll out quite thinly (about 1/8″) and cut into rounds with a cookie cutter.
