1 package (8 oz.) low-fat cream cheese; 2 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce; 2 to 3 Tbsp Namida® Wasabi paste made from Namida® 100% Pure Wasabi Powder; 2 Tbsp sesame seed, toasted; Method. Place cream cheese in shallow dish. Cut cream cheese horizontally down the middle. Spread Wasabi paste all over, then place cream cheese top back on.

Instructions. Unwrap the cream cheese and cut it in half horizontally. Mix up your wasabi powder to a "peanut butter consistency" and spread the wasabi on top of ½ of the cream cheese. The wasabi added a fantastic bite, similar to horseradish but a bit mellower, and the cream cheese made for an exceptionally creamy deviled egg. Needless to say, I was impressed. I decided to use these same elements to make ham salad (minus the Green Smoothie-sorry Melanie!), and the flavors translated perfectly.
