FYI, I contacted Traditional Medicinals and confirmed that the kanna content of each tea bag of their Cup of Sunshine tea is 60mg, which means you need to at least steep 3 tea bags to meet a low kanna dosage. Tried 3 bags this afternoon with lunch - weak. I would say the affect was like 1/10th of what you would experience with a low dose.
