Instructions. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut a cross over the top of the figs, but leave the base connected. Finely chop the nuts and mix them with the goat's cheese. Push the cheese mixture into the figs. About a teaspoon in each should be enough. Roast for 6-8 minutes. Liberally drizzle with honey and serve.
