The eastern pier, Jetée d'Eyrac has an old-fashioned carousel, a vintage Big Wheel and the town's turreted casino. The sheltered basin in which Arcachon sits means the water.

Eyrac Beach is located between the harbor of Arcachon and the pier of Eyrac (between downtown and the old automne). This beach is in the Bassin d'Arcachon which assures a calm sea. It is entirely public and extends over 800 meters. The widest part is found in the first half, the zone closest to the harbor. Two parking lots are available.
