La Gare Pont de Bondy, implantée dans un quartier en pleine mutation. Située entre les communes de Noisy-le-Sec, Bondy et Bobigny, la future gare permettra une correspondance efficace avec plusieurs lignes de bus ainsi que le tramway T1 et le futur T Zen 3. La future gare s'inscrit dans un projet de transformation de la Plaine de l'Ourcq.
