Instructions. Add the frozen pineapple to the Thermomix bowl and mix for 30 sec/speed 8. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Let the pineapple thaw for a few minutes so that it's easier to blend. I usually leave it for 5 minutes, depending on how warm the room is.
