In a medium mixing bowl, combine the vinegar and 1/3 c of water. Whisk in the mustard and salad dressing mix until well mixed. Add the olive oil and whisk until the dressing is emulsified. I started off my meal with a Chopped salad ( which was okay), then my 8oz steak w/ shrimp Alexander, side of mash, asparagus and Mac & cheese.
