The "world famous" Deepings Lions duck race involves 2,000 or more plastic ducks battling valiantly down the River Welland often against the wind to raise money for a different charity every year. The main event is supported by smaller races of large ducks sponsored by local businesses, and by a street fair along the Lincolnshire bank.
