We made this festive Patriotic S'mores Dip for 4th of July it was easy to make with my kids and they enjoyed it. An easy way to enjoy s'mores without a fire.
4th of July S'mores Dip Tasty Treats and Eats
Preheat the oven to 350F. Pour the chocolate chips into an 8-inch cast iron skillet and lay evenly. Melt in the oven for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the oven and place the marshmallows tightly into circles over the melted chocolate. Return to the oven for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the top is golden brown.

Bake the dip: Place the skillet on the lower rack and bake until the marshmallows soften and just start to turn a light golden brown, about 5 minutes. Then, move the skillet to the top third of the oven and bake until the marshmallows are golden brown and toasty, about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve warm with graham crackers.

It works great in a small baking dish or even a 9×13 baking dish. Step 1: Spray the baking dish with cooking spray. Layer the Hershey's Milk Chocolate on the bottom of a round or square pan that you can place in the oven. Step 2: Top the chocolate with marshmallows to fill the pan. (Tip: Place them vertically to get more marshmallows in there.)
