To make, we just added food coloring to white frosting to create the blue and the red bowls of frosting (or you could purchase frosting or icing that is already colored), and then when stacking our s'mores, we smoothed a dollop of each on a graham cracker. Add in a slice of chocolate (or your favorite candy bar) and a toasted, melty marshmallow!
