All the wall pictures no longer show up and just have a green hexagon with the words "Missing Granny" on it. I searched Google and found several threads about this issue and tried all the fixes from making sure that the SWTOR.exe and Launcher.exe are added to my firewall and antivirus programs as safe.

PlatformInfo.dll may be missing from the Star Wars-The Old Republic\swtor\retailclient directory. See if repairing will fix the missing file, see the "REPAIRING THE LAUNCHER" section below. Otherwise you may need to reinstall the game.

The title missing granny probably is just a funny name they've given to an object ID, an ID associated with an incomplete/missing parameter. The green hexagon texture would most likely be their default image provided by the game engine, this would be to take the place of the intended texture due to it not being there.

A "Granny" is a model in the HeroEngine (see: http://wiki.heroengine.com/index.php?title=Granny&redirect=no ).
