Introducing Star Party Omega Yeast
Omega Star Party Review. With this yeast being still fairly new, I wanted to share my recent experience with Omega's new Star Party. This is my first experience with a thiolized yeast, and I'm not sure that I've had any thiol forward commercial beers either. I think I'm a fairly discerning drinker though and have been brewing for about a decade.
