Now, I've had my fair share of Mac and Cheese offerings from the Pepperoni Mac and Cheese, Truffle Mac and Cheese, Gluten-Free Mac and Cheese, Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese, and Hatch Chile Mac and Cheese.And yes, they are mostly pretty good.

Comparing the regular against the guilt-free, the biggest change is that you lose 90 calories as the guilt-free variant has two fewer kinds of cheese and no butter. So, lower fat content, cholesterol, and calories, but otherwise the recipe is the same.
