The only issues I personally have with it are that it's possible to heat the mixture too fast and end up with a grainy sauce and also that condensed milk is just straight up more expensive than using the tiny amount of sodium citrate that it would take to get.

Add the diced garlic, diced tomatoes, diced onions, lime juice, cilantro, and jalapeños (if using) to the bowl with the mashed avocado. Mix everything together until well combined.
