As simple as a fig and prosciutto flatbread may be, I have tips to help ensure your pizza tastes like it was made at an authentic pizzeria every time! Stonefire® Nann flatbreads freeze well, but I don't recommend saving time by loading fresh ingredients onto a frozen naan. The toppings will be evenly cooked, and the edges of the Naan will.

If using dried figs, soak them in the boiling water for 20 minutes to soften. Quarter the softened, dried figs or fresh figs through the stem and set aside.

Let bake for ~5 minutes, or until the flatbread is beginning to brown. Remove the flatbread and spread the fig jam all over it. Add the fresh figs, prosciutto, and burrata. Sprinkle with salt and slide back onto the pizza stone. Let cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is lightly browned.

How to Make Prosciutto & Fig Flatbread. First, prep your flatbread. If it's been frozen, make sure it's thawed. Toast it on a medium setting, just until the bottom gets a little brown and crispy. While it's still warm, spread some fig jam on top. Leave a little bit of a "crust" around the edges.
