While the tour starts off showing you buildings on the ranch itself (the original house, the original barn, etc), it more than pays for itself when the tour bus (yes, BUS, a red, white, and blue mini-bus, to be exact) drives you out into the bison herd.

Stopped by the terry bison ranch checked out the animals they were pretty friendly. We bought tickets for the train ride which is a must-do if you plan to visit. The train actually travels through wyoming and goes into Colorado. The highlight is when the train comes to a stop and for 15-20 minutes you are feeding the bisons.
